By now you should be attending or scheduled for all of your EPIC classroom training and/or e-learning modules.   Please Note that you will not have EPIC access on June 2nd unless ALL of your required training is complete. There is no way to get  around this, so it is essential that you complete training. Our success at go-live is dependent on each and every user having a thorough working knowledge of EPIC.  Use you classroom training sheets to log in to the Playground environment to practice. Take time in your team meetings to practice and review scenarios distributed in training.  Based on prior go-live experience, this is the single most important indicator of success.

Shortly after EPIC go-live, AllScripts will be read only. That means that all tasks, notes and charges for any services prior to June 2nd must be promptly completed. The deadline to complete all work in Allscripts is June 15th. This is extremely important as once AllScripts is read only (currently planned for June 16th), you will not be able to modify or add content.

Dr. Bhayani has prepared multiple video blogs (VLOG) to help users learn more about EPIC functionality To view the VLOGs visit https://www.epic1.org/WUSM and visit the Epic Website https://www.epic1.org for more information.
