Bring your lunch. Beverages and dessert will be provided.

The goals of these sessions are to:  1) examine the hiring process to help hire the right person for the position offered,  2) provide guidelines for performance management to optimize employee performance and  3) how to best take corrective action or discharge the underperforming employee.  Sessions will provide practical tips in these areas and relevant employee laws will be discussed.  By gaining a better understanding of these issues, it is hoped that faculty and administrators can avoid time-consuming, and potentially costly, legal actions and potential loss of funding.

This series is being sponsored by the Pediatric Office of Faculty Development and WUSM Human Resources. Please contact OFD with questions:  Janet Braun.
