I am pleased to announce that I recently completed a review of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research administrative structure. While this review was prompted by Denise McCartney’s retirement, I believe that the changes I am introducing will sustain and enhance our services to faculty and staff involved in the Washington University research community. The changes outlined below will become effective on December 1, 2017

Sponsored Projects Accounting has developed a Sponsored Expenditures Guidelines document to assist all University faculty and staff who are involved with the budgeting and spending of sponsored research funding

In the coming weeks, the Epic1 research team will send a survey to all investigators who have studies going into Epic. The team requests that the PI or a delegate complete the survey and upload all information necessary to build the medication and ordering tool

The Patient Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) Center asks you to save the date for their upcoming 8th annual symposium. In addition to the speaker presentations, a poster session and a clinical dialogue panel will also take place. Please see the attached document for information on submitting an abstract, with a submission deadline of February 2nd
